Glenacres Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
*Please be aware if you book through a booking agency you must also call them directly to cancel a reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available complying with the Washington State law.
We allow dogs in some of our rooms (10,11,12 and both cottages) for a $10/night per dog fee and with the expectation that they will never be left alone in the room or allowed to roam freely on premises. Dog owners are responsible for any damage done by their animals and for cleaning up after them. Rooms 1,2,4, and 6 are not dog friendly - no exceptions.
**We know coming to the beach with a dog means they will become sandy and water logged. We are cool with that. We will even provide doggy towels! We aren't cool with the extra baggage your pet may have. We do ask you take care of the flea medication application well before your arrival. Your dog will thank you and so do we.
We have a fire pit available which can be used if the fire danger remains low. During the height of the dry weather ~ fire season it may be closed. Please provide your own wood. Several campfire wood vendors are in the area. One right at the "Y" corner by the shell station. Another is located apx 2 miles to the east of Westport.
